County U10 GAA Football 2023

The sun was out as 4 teams gathered at Lissycasey GAA pitch on Saturday morning, 29th April for the St Francis Credit Union Clare Community Games County U10 Gaelic Football event. The first semi final was between hosts Ballynacally-Lissycasey and Doora Barefield. Doora Barefield came out on top with a scoreline of 1-2 to 1-1.  The other semi final was between Inch-Kilmaley-Connelly and Cooraclare-Cree. Inch-Kilmaley-Connolly were victors here with a scoreline of 2-2 to 1-1. A short break then for all teams before the final games.  Ballynacally-Lissycasey were the winners in the 3rd/4th place game and Inch-Kilmaley-Connolly were crowned champions after their 1 point win over Doora Barefield.

A lovely morning was had by all. A big thank you to the referees, team managers and most importantly the kids who made the event such an enjoyable ocassion. Wishing Inch-Kilmaley-Connolly the very best of luck in the Munster Finals which take place on Sun 18th June.
