Community Games Calendar of Events for 2022.

The next County Meeting takes place on Tuesday 6th Sept @ 8:30pm. This meeting will be in Treacy's West County Hotel and there will also be a Google Meet link circulated to areas in advance.

Tag Rugby 2022

The St Francis Credit Union Clare Community Tag Rugby U11 final was held on Wednesday 29th June inglorious sunshine in O’Sullivan Park, Lees Road. There was brilliant displays of determination and Tag Rugby skills. A very strong Inch/Kilmaley/Connolly let from the start but during the final quart the Quin/Clooney team led by captain Sadhbh McGeehan powered ahead to win by the slimmest of margins on a score of 19 to 18pts. The Quin/Clooney team now go forward to represent Clare in the Munster finals in September.

2. Inch/Kilmaley/Connolly – Matthew Carmody, Adam Connellan, Conor Connelllan, Jasmine Kent, Liam Maher, Aoibheann Markham, Eoghan Mc Mahon, Liam Mc Mahon, Oisin Mc Mahon, Jacob Reid, Sophie Warren, Diarmuid Williams.

The St Francis Credit Union Clare Community Games U14 Tag Rugby competition was held on Friday 1st July in O’Sullivan Park, Lees Road. Four teams participated for the honour to represent Clare in the Munster finals in September. In the first semi-final Inch/Kilmaley/Connolly beat Quin/Clooney Green while in semi-final 2 Moylussa was beaten by Quin/Clooney Red. The play off Moylussa beat Quin/Clooney Green for the Bronze medals. The final was very keenly contested where Inch/Kilmaley/Connolly proved the much stronger side overcoming Quin/Clooney Red on a score of 15pts to 11. Inch/Kilmaley/Connolly now go forward to represent Clare in the Munster finals in September.

U14 Results
